What is Jim’s Integrative Massage (J.I.M.)?
We’re a concierge therapeutic wellness company—specializing in bodywork for people in pain, high performers, and wellness-conscious professionals. Our sessions integrate manual therapy, corrective movement, and functional stretching to help clients feel and function better. We’re not a spa. We come to you with purpose, results, and professionalism.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
Jim’s Integrative Massage is a concierge-only service—we don’t operate out of a spa or studio. Instead, we bring advanced manual therapy and recovery directly to you. We currently serve all of Broward County and are actively expanding into Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Whether you're at home, in the office, or at an event, we show up ready to deliver results—anywhere you need us.
Is this a massage spa or something different?
We’re different. We don’t do “razzle-dazzle" spa massages. J.I.M. delivers clinical-grade bodywork designed to restore movement, relieve pain, and improve performance. Many of our clients come to us after seeing chiropractors, physical therapists, or doctors—still stuck with discomfort or dysfunction. We address the underlying issues that poor movement patterns, sedentary habits, and stress often create. It’s not luxury—it’s transformation.

How is each session customized?
When you start working with J.I.M. we begin with an assessment of your posture, movement, and pain patterns. Then we build the session around your unique needs, blending hands-on therapy with guided movement and recovery strategies.
Do you offer couples or group sessions?
Yes. We provide multi-client bookings for families, friends, and co-workers—great for wellness days or shared self-care time.
How do I book a session?
You can request a session via:

Can I book same-day?
Yes! We accept same-day bookings if made at least 12 hours before the requested start time. However, availability is limited, so we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance whenever possible to secure your preferred time.
Is travel included?
Yes! Travel is included for clients located within Broward County.
For appointments outside of Broward—into Miami-Dade or Palm Beach counties—a minimal travel fee applies to cover additional time and mileage:

$25 for travel up to 10 miles outside Broward

$50 for travel 11–30 miles outside Broward

For longer distances, custom travel fees will be quoted at time of booking.
What should I wear or prepare for my session?
Clients typically disrobe fully for advanced bodywork, but you may undress to your comfort level. You’ll always be properly draped for privacy and professionalism. For corrective exercise or stretching sessions, wear athletic or loose-fitting clothing. Please clear enough space for the massage table and therapist access.

How much does a single session cost?

Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes, we love to help our clients invest in themselves!

Packages: Prepay and save on 60- or 90-minute sessions.

Memberships: Monthly auto-renew at our best pricing (2x or 4x per month).
Do package sessions expire?
Yes. To encourage consistent progress and wellness habits:

4- and 8-session packages expire 3 months after purchase.

12-session packages expire 6 months after purchase.
Is there a commitment for memberships?
Yes. Clients must commit to a minimum of 2 months of their membership subscription before becoming eligible to cancel.
After the initial 2 months, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing date.
Do you offer financing for packages?
No, we do not offer financing for packages at this time. However, if you're looking for a more flexible and affordable option, we recommend enrolling in one of our monthly subscription memberships—which offer the best available rates for recurring sessions.
How do loyalty points work?

Earn 1 point per $1 spent. Redeem points for discounts on future sessions and packages—10 points = $1 off.
How does the referral program work?
When you refer your first new client who successfully books, you’ll receive $20 off your next session. For every referral after the first, you’ll earn loyalty points based on how much they spend—1 point for every $1—for one full year after their first session. Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on future sessions.
How many points can I redeem at once?
You can redeem up to 4,000 loyalty points—that’s $400 off your services! We’ve set this generous cap to keep rewards flowing for all of our loyal members.
How do cancellations and rescheduling work?
Clients can reschedule or cancel their own appointments online up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time with no fee. If you cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled start time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. No-shows will be charged the full session amount or a that session will be deducted from the client's package. (Whichever is applicable)
Can I share my sessions with someone else?
You may share your sessions only with a spouse or domestic partner. Advance notice is required to properly schedule shared sessions.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Pausing subscriptions is not available. Clients may cancel their subscription by contacting us at least 14 days before their next billing date. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the next invoice, the upcoming charge will process as scheduled, and the cancellation will take effect afterward.

How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on group size, time required, and frequency— one-time, weekly, biweekly, and monthly options available.

I'm a LMT student, can I complete practical massage hours (externship) with J.I.M.?
Yes! We proudly partner with local massage schools like Bright Education Institute to offer externship opportunities for students needing practical hours toward licensure.
Will J.I.M. offer CEUs and career opportunities?
Yes. Continuing education (CEUs) based on the J.I.M. Method are coming soon! We’ll also be hiring licensed therapists as we expand across South Florida.

SAFETY & CREDENTIALS
Are your therapists licensed and insured?
Yes. All of our concierge therapists are licensed massage therapists (LMTs) and are fully insured. We may also utilize massage therapy students from partner schools when supporting events or corporate wellness days. Students are always supervised on-site by our expert licensed therapists to ensure proper techniques, professional standards, and complete client satisfaction.
Is in-home therapy safe?
Absolutely. Our therapists follow strict hygiene protocols, use professional-grade equipment, and are trained to deliver a safe, effective, and results-focused experience in your home, office, or event space.
