Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Subscription Policies

At Jim’s Integrative Massage (J.I.M.), we deeply value your time, your health, and your commitment to wellness. To ensure fairness for all clients and our dedicated team of therapists, we’ve established the following policies regarding scheduling, cancellations, and memberships:

⏳ Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Clients can reschedule or cancel their appointments online up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time with no fee.

  • Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost, or one session will be deducted from your package balance, whichever applies.

We appreciate timely communication to help us accommodate all clients fairly and efficiently.

📍 Location & Travel Policy

As a concierge mobile wellness provider, all bookings are subject to location approval based on distance and scheduling logistics.

  • Travel within Broward County is included at no extra charge.

  • Travel into Miami-Dade or Palm Beach counties incurs a minimal travel fee based on mileage:

    • $25 for travel up to 10 miles outside Broward

    • $50 for travel 11–30 miles outside Broward

    • Custom quotes for longer distances

If travel logistics conflict with other scheduled clients, we reserve the right to reschedule or adjust the appointment. A J.I.M. team member will contact you promptly to coordinate the best available option.

🤝 Session Sharing Policy

Clients may share package sessions only with a spouse or domestic partner.
Advance notice must be given so we can schedule and prepare properly.

💳 Membership Subscription Policy

  • Minimum Commitment: Subscriptions require a minimum 2-month commitment before eligibility for cancellation.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel a subscription, clients must notify us at least 14 days before their next scheduled billing date.

  • If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the billing date, the upcoming charge will still be processed, and cancellation will take effect afterward.

  • Pausing subscriptions is not available. If clients cancel, they may re-enroll at any time without penalty.

📦 Package Session Expiration Policy

  • 4- and 8-session packages expire 3 months after purchase.

  • 12-session packages expire 6 months after purchase.

We encourage you to schedule sessions regularly to maximize the benefits of consistent care.
